About TLK
History
HistoryTK Kneedler served the public for 25 years in public safety (fire/police/EMT) before retiring to pursue his passion of creating dream homes for others full-time.
TK grew up in a family of construction. His grandfather owned a framing business, his uncle is in HVAC and his father constructed homes. He is a hands-on builder operating as owner, business manager and project manager and brings an extremely high level of personal commitment and organization to his client’s projects.
If you allow him the honor to be your builder, he will be the person you work with from start to finish.
TK works together with his wife, Lisa, of 30 years to collaborate and design the home of people’s dreams. Lisa has a passion for getting to know the clients and then taking her keen eye for design to help create their vision. TK has the construction knowledge and skills to make those visions a reality.
